The annual campus campout is an event encouraging parents and students to interact and enjoy nature. This event typically occurs the first weekend in December.
The campout begins after school on Friday. Families pitch tents on the campus soccer field. The principal kicks off the evening by reading bedtime stories from inside the chicken coop. Afterwards, kids take advantage of after-hours access to the playground. Later in the evening, families enjoy a fire pit. At the end of night, families either turn-in to brave the cold in their tents or pack-up to enjoy the warmth of their own homes.
